Funds from lists of terrorist countries are not accepted, such as Iran, North Korea, Yemen and Syria.
Money laundering refers to the transfer of illegal/criminal activity funds through the financial system, making these illegal funds appear to be obtained from formal legal channels.
The money laundering process is usually in the following three stages:
First, cash or cash equivalents are placed in the financial system.
Second, transfer funds to other accounts (eg, futures accounts) through a series of financial transactions designed to cover the source of money (for example, to execute low-risk or risk-free transactions, or to transfer account balances to other accounts).
Finally, the funds are reintroduced into the economy and society, so that the funds seem to come from legitimate sources (such as closing futures accounts and transferring funds to bank accounts).
Account transactions are one way to clean up illegal funds or conceal the true owners of funds. In particular, it can also help cover the source of funds by performing financial transactions. The return of Atcfx 's guiding funds to the original source of funds is a money laundering preventive measure.
International anti-money laundering requires financial service providers to be aware of the malpractices that may occur in customer accounts and implement compliance programs to prevent, detect and report potential suspicious activity.
These guidelines will be implemented to protect Atcfx and its customers.
